Taxes for Australia will be setup for GST. For other selling countries we will contact you for your preferences.
This is the main currency of your store - i.e. USD or US dollars, AUD or Australian dollars, etc.
If you wish to enable the use of coupons, do you wish only one coupon to be used at any given time, or will you allow your customer to apply multiple coupons?

PRODUCTS

If you do not redirect your customers, they will remain on the currently selected product.
Customers will be able to leave reviews for your products.
Customers can rate your Product/s with a star rating system.

PAYMENTS

We usually recommend Square and PayPal, but can investigate other methods for you, such as Afterpay, Zip, eway, eziDebit etc. (please be aware that integration of some payment methods will impact your development costs).

PAYPAL

SQUARE

We recommend Square as our preferred online payments provider, as they charge the lowest overall rates for online credit card transactions. If you don't have a Square account, please apply for one here: https://squareup.com/signup?signup_token=PHILIPJOH4

ACCOUNTS & PRIVACY

It is often better to force customers to create an account on checkout, as they can then use the self-service "My account" area of your site.

PRIVACY STATEMENT/POLICY

Please note, your site will require a Privacy Statement/Policy page which will be included in the woocommerce setup. You will need to forward this to us before your store can go live.

EMAIL SENDER OPTIONS

Please note that as part of your WordPress/Woocommerce email setup, we will create a free Sendinblue account on your behalf, using a CBandC Client email address structured like this: clientname@cbcclient.email.

The reason for this is that WordPress email on hosting accounts is notorious for email delivery issues.

To ensure your system emails, such as WordPress notifications, password resets, and Woocommerce notifications to both you and your customers, etc., are actually delivered, we need to use a third party service for delivery.

If you would prefer to use a different third party service for your site emails, such as GSuite or Microsoft365, please let us know immediately, so we can action the required configurations.

Customising your email template means we will add your logo and adjust footer text (tell us what you would like in your footer text in the field below), base colour, background colour, body background colour and body text colour, so the template best represents the styling of your site.
Please provide the text (perhaps your business slogan) you would like to include in your email footer. We will also include the text - "Powered by Woocommerce" unless instructed otherwise.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Shipping Methods, Pricing and Zones - this should include details of the carriers you wish to use and the rate calculations. We will need this to create the backend setup for shipping - NOTE: A paid plugin may be required for this, depending on your chosen shipping method/s.

Address Auto-complete - if you would like customer addresses to be completed automatically during the checkout process, please let us know. NOTE: A paid plugin may be required for this.

Free Shipping - if you wish to provide free shipping based on purchase levels, we can arrange this at extra cost. A premium plugin is required.
